A sunny walk

I walked down the street this afternoon.

I was awed by my neighbor's Pink Dogwood.

I sat under my neighbor's apple tree.
The house is still empty.
A few Pine Siskins flew in and out of the evergreens.

Already we have dandelion clocks!

Some one planted white tulips in the circle at the end of the street.

They are pretty.

I wonder what these pretty flowers are?

I will call my neighbor to find out.

Lots of tulips are in bloom.

We received an inch of rain over the weekend.

The worms are easy to find!

A very lovely walk...our dandilions haven't come close to fruiting yet.

I took photos of pine siskens today too in the plum trees. I wanted to capture a double dose of beauty.

I enjoyed my walk with you this morning...Spring is refreshment for the very soul, isn't it?! Love your dandelion capture...just a couple of days ago I made a mental note as I was walking the woods to photograph mine. Have a great day!

Sherry, your photos are simply breathtaking! As always! My favourites are the apple blossoms with the bees, though!
If you have dandelion clocks already, you are way ahead of us. I was looking for the first buds of the dandelions on Sunday, and did not find any. But the leaves are growing, so the flowers will not be far behind!

As the birds emerge, one becomes aware of new life resonating with something deep inside. You feel silently connected, peaceful, sudddenly at home.
