My Valentine gave me a dozen roses this morning.
He also gave me a miniature rose bush.
I will plant it in the garden.
We have celebrated 39 Valentine's days together.
One year my Valentine made me wooden hearts to decorate with.
This one hangs on the front porch.
I have received lots of beautiful hearts over the years.
I have received lots of roses.
I treasure them.
I lit a candle this morning for my friend.
Her Mother is very ill.
I remember when I once worried about my Mother.
I send my love.
I am always looking for hearts.
Last summer when I saw the shadow Red Spotted Purple
made on the deck I saw a heart.
Every year we make Valentine's.
Every year we honor our love.
My home is filled with hearts and flowers.
My home is filled with candles.
The candy dish is full.
I know the world through my heart.
The plants, the flowers
and the bugs fill my life with joy.
I treasure the old Valentine's from my Mother.
I treasure the birds.
We all have the desire for love.
Tonight we will listen to music.
Tonight we will once again fall in love.
