Cold breeze

It is cold.
It is grey.
The breeze from the southeast makes my eyes water.
I was not going to walk today.
Too cold.
Too grey.

I remembered my commitment to walking.
I bundled up.
Five minutes of walking was better than no minutes.

A Red Tailed Hawk flew over my house when I stepped out onto the front sidewalk.
I followed the Hawk down the street and back again.
Thank you Hawk.

Sherry,

Bless your heart! Continuing to walk in such cold and windy weather is a beautiful commitment, I'm so happy for you.

The Red Tailed Hawk is a nice companion, and can bring a message if we but listen. Hmmm, I wonder what the message was?

I bet the Hawk was saying, I am here to support you!

Love,

Dear Sprite,
It was cold! I like to think not only was Red Tail supporting me but also was telling me a teacher was coming!
Walking when it is so cold is difficult for me. I was glad I went but aware that when the weather is so cold I might not get out.
Thank you dear heart for YOUR love and support. It means the world to me.
Love,
Sherry

I love to see a hawk when I ride out on my motorcycle... it seems like a good omen to me.

Dear Bumblevee,
I love the Hawks too. Lots hunt my backyard so I get to see them rather often.
A very good omen, indeed!
