In search of leaf buds

I walked in the cemetery.
I was looking for leaf buds.

Some of the trees have begun to bud.

When I rounded a curve I saw the Yellow Birch.

I am filled with the joy of anticipation.

Spring is coming slowly this year.
I will enjoy watching her unfold.

Your photos give me hope... There is too much snow here still.

Oh well, the Season will change when the Season changes...

The season changing is a perfect excuse to brand new starts :)

Dear Mari-Nanci,
Yes, the seasons change with or without us! It is nice to be aware of each tiny change. Snow is on my ground this morning too.
I am enjoying Spring's slow entrance this year.

Really enjoyed your bud photos. When the rain stops and it warms up, I'm off to look for buds. Thanks for sharing and the inspiration.
