Dear Becky, For many, many years I laid down at two pm. I had an hour rest period every day. Two years ago I started having my rest off and and all day long. I would do a bit and rest a bit. I like both ways. The idea of actually planning a nap was fun. I looked forward to my nap! Sherry
Dear Kat, I wonder if there is poppy tea. Good question. I will see what I can find out. I was not going tosave poppy seeds this year but if I could make poppy tea I will. Thank you! I will let you know what I find out. Sherry
Dear Sprite, After reading about Poppy Tea I decided not to try! It sounds as if it could give me a very bad tummy... I will grow them because they are pretty and just think about the relaxation of a field of poppies! Lavender tea is more my sort of thing. Sherry

...hehe, I love naps too.
I love to stretch my toes to the end of the cool sheets and wiggle them out when they get too warm.
The Wizard of Oz, is a favorite, and I do very much love poppies... I wonder if there is a such thing as poppy tea?
hehe
