Sand Garden

Each day I read a card.

Each day I am grateful.

I raked my sand garden this morning.

                                                     I worked on boundaries.

It is important for me to know when to say, "No."

I listened while I raked.

All day I listened.

I am calmed.
I am awake.
I am mindful.

I am reading and taking notes.

I am learning.

I am meeting my God.

Many have walked before me.

I never walk alone.

My friend had surgery this morning.
Her candle has burned all day.
I have sent her many blessings.
I have sent my love.

Dear Bonnie,
I am awake! I love life and even when I am sad or thoughtful I am in love with life.
I have known the dark night of the soul. My Angels have watched over me. I walk with confidence that I am always walking in beauty and love.
Thank you for sharing in this walk.
Namaste,
Sherry

Dear Cheryl,
Anna is in my daily prayers too.
Natureboy wrote she was home and doing well. Now for recovery.
I do my Zen sand garden as part of my daily January meditation. I celebrate the Asian influence in January and the spirituality of the Buddah. Mindfulness is in every culture and life way.
I find joy in all the different life ways. The Asian way is so beautiful and simple.
Namaste,
Sherry
