Call of the Blue Bird

The Blue Bird calls to us.

This is our time.
This is our walk.
We were born to be happy.
We were born in beauty.

Thank you for the photos of a Blue Bird. I don't think I've ever seen one. Or knew that I did, which is the same.

Lovely thoughts...

Dear Mari-Nanci,
While riding my bicycle in the cemetary across the street from my house I saw the Blue bird.
I had wanted to start a journal about growing older in a happy graceful way. The Blue bird seemed to be a good way to get started.
We were born to be happy.

Hi Sheila,
I think the Blue bird looks so much like the English Robin. It has a rosey chest.
I learn from you too. It is nice.
Walking In Beauty is all about being who we are. I love that.
Just who we are.

Dear Mari-Naci,
I am rather subtle.
So glad you are here. It seems to me that as we age we need to figure out how we want our older years to be. I hope to share this figuring out with you.

Hi Deb,
I would like to do some photos on feelings and inner walks.
I wanted the challange of taking my daily word and finding the photo. I wanted to "work" more on composing.
This will be fun.
Thanks for coming on the journey.

Such honest simplicity in your words.

Dear Nina,
I like to keep life simple. It seems to get complicated so easily.
Thanks for walking with me.

One of my teachers talks so much about "Walking the Beauty Road."

I love this "Walking in Beauty."

Perhaps I can walk along with you...

Much love,

Kat

Dear Sprite,
Please, do walk with me.
Please, talk with me.
I am never alone when dear friends are near.
Thank you for being on the journey.
When I sometimes become weary,
I shall reach for your gentle ways.
