Reflecting

Each morning I choose a word.
Each morning I look for my word in my world.
Today I choose reflection.

I looked at me in my mirror.
I am round not pear or hour glass.
It is my shape today.

What a wonderful idea to chose a word each day and to look at your surroundings for that word. Thank you for the inspiration!

What a precious reflection...

Yes, this is your shape today. And my shape today, is mine. And we are both perfectly fine. We give ourselves permission to be perfectly fine, today.

And come to think of it... That's our reality. Today... Now... Why not give ourselves permission to be fine, in our only present reality...? :-)

Dear Deb,
I find when I am doing my chores or running my errrnads keeping my word in my mind helps me to stay focused and not get caught up in the minds chatter.
Hope you enjoy a word every day.

Dear Mari-Nanci,
The physical world has always been elusive for me. Today I wanted to think about my body. I want to plan on how to be as healthy in my body as I am in my mind and in my spirit.
I want that perfect balance.
The way my body has changed over the last 10-15 years is surprising to me. My pants are tight!
So I shall be taking my word and my camera on morning walks. My husband and I walk at twilight and I want to continue doing that. I think a morning walk would be good for my body and my mind and my spirit. A walking meditation.
I am working on being happy in and with my body.

Dearest One,

As I reflect on this post, I realize I have been flattened by what I have been facing with my health. This has been my shape for a while now, flattened.

I am round too. :)

Love,

Sprite

Dear Sprite,
This illness has put you flat and on an angle. Buddha is round my dear! You will once again find your health. I know you well.
I am right with you as you dream the dream of wellness.
Love and Blessings,
Sherry
