Into the woods

A pair of White-throated Sparrows
were at the pond near the entrance to the woods.
I was so pleased to see they had come back to my area.

Yellowbellied Sapsuckers
had been in my backyard this morning.

I was pleased to see them in the woods.

Flocks of Robins were finding worms after the rain.
Any day now the Juncos will return.

Hey- I see my sister Marmee is your other commenter. Hi to you and to Marmee.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog at Hoe&Shovel. It's is always a pleasure when a new visitor leaves such a kind comment.

Beautiful photographs and beautiful birds. I never tire of watching them and listening to them. Fascinating creatures God gifted us with in our very own backyards.
Blessings,
Meems @Hoe & Shovel

Dear Marmee,
I am much better than I was a year ago! I had become rather ill.
I have energy again and I feel creative.
Walking is good for my body and my spirit. I enjoy walking with the camera during the day. My husband and I walk together in the evenings. Too dark usually for pictures.
Thank you for walking with me.

I have begun to make things again. Very fun. I shall share my creations on my Artful Living blog.

I am seriously considering doing a shopping blog...a show and tell spot! A place to share where the raw materials for the creations come from. Thinking and thinking and thinking some more...
Different sort of photography too...I just might do it!
Thank you for your support.
This is fun!
Sherry
